Question about your orders and deliveries

Your orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after validation. Delivery in mainland France is then assured within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.

Yes! Delivery is free for purchases over €59 in mainland France. Below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies. For shipments to other European countries, prices are specified at the time of your order.

Any request for modification or cancellation must reach us within 2 hours of your order, before it is prepared. After this time, we will unfortunately no longer be able to intervene. Contact us quickly via the contact form.

If your package is damaged, you must refuse it from your carrier. If the package is incomplete, please contact our customer service via the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes. Nohèm cosmetics are formulated with 99% to 100% natural ingredients, including up to 74% organic ingredients. Our products are certified according to Cosmos Organic and Ecocert standards, two of the most demanding standards in organic cosmetics.

Our raw materials are carefully selected from women's cooperatives in developing countries, as part of a fair trade approach. Key active ingredients include: Indonesian kendi oil, white rice wax, Thai rice powder, goji berry, and white tea. All our cosmetics are made in France.

Yes, eco-design is an integral part of our approach. We make sure to limit packaging materials and favor recyclable or reusable solutions, in line with our commitment to responsible beauty.
